CONSERVATIVE PAC FORMING IN EAST COBB

7 June 2009 -

The following is from Sherri Reese, the organizer of the GA Tea Parties. This is a good way for someone to get into the conservative political process locally.

GA Grassroots in action is a having a Pasta Night (Spaghetti Dinner) this Saturday, June 13th at the Mountain View Community Center in Cobb County on Sandy Plains Rd.

As the State Coordinator for the Tax Day Tea Parties on April 15th here in GA, I have traveled across GA speaking to fellow citizens. One thing I have learned is that each of YOU want an opportunity to speak and be heard, not just show up to hear other folks talk. I have also heard an outcry for actions that will help us be EFFECTIVE in regaining control of the very government that is supposed to be serving us by protecting our rights, not serving their own self-interests in career longevity at the peril of our rights and liberties. This has been the inspiration for the creation of Grassroots in Action.

Please join us on June 13th. Each speaker will allow for question and answer time following thier presentions- and if you don't have a question, but would like to share your thoughts on issues- that would be TREMENDOUS! We will also have an exclusive to announcing the launch of two different programs designed to be effective in regaining our voice. Each attendee will recieve a goody bag and a survey along with dinner. There will be trivia and prizes as well! Please forward this announcement to people you know who would want to attend- there are still seats available!
